"Great product idea, perfect for my needs,easily to move & store, great price. However customer service a bit hit and miss. Rang twice, emailed twice for a VAT receipt, receptionist said fine that will be done right away. No receipt, no response to the emails. No idea when the beds would arrive, just when they come into the warehouse. However they did make up for this, when I chased the delivery a couple of weeks later, they arranged for it to be delivered the next day and emailed to check the time and date were suitable."
